Warranty Policy
AquaGlide provides a limited 2-year warranty on the board, mast, and motor. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use.
Battery: Covered for 1 year or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first).
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you decide the AquaGlide isn't for you, you may return the board within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in **new, unused condition** and in original packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Customer is responsible for return freight costs.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of inspection.
Damage During Shipping
Please inspect your board immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, document it with photos and contact us at shipping@aquaglide.com within 24 hours.
