Warranty Policy – 6 Months from Delivery
AquaGlide stands behind every e-foil we sell.
Coverage
- 6 months from the delivery date
- Manufacturing defects and quality issues not caused by the user (as determined by the manufacturer)
- Repair or replacement of defective parts (labor and shipping arranged by us where possible)
What’s NOT Covered (standard exclusions)
- Damage from misuse, crashes, improper storage, or riding in unsuitable conditions
- Normal wear and tear (pads, screws, bearings, etc.)
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Battery degradation beyond manufacturer specs
- Damage from lack of required maintenance
- Issues caused by third-party accessories or aftermarket parts
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us within the 6-month window at sales@aquaglideusa.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/video of the issue.
- We’ll guide you through the process and coordinate with the manufacturer.
- You may be asked to return the defective part (we often cover return shipping).
Refunds & Cancellations
Because every AquaGlide is custom-built to order, we maintain a strictly limited refund policy to protect our manufacturing flow:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- Production Phase: Once production has begun (after 48 hours), orders are non-refundable as materials have been commissioned.
- Final Delivery: Upon delivery, returns are only accepted in the case of verified manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
Damage During Shipping
Your board is shipped with premium white-glove insurance. Please inspect your board immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, document it with photos and contact us at sales@aquaglideusa.com within 24 hours.
