1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AquaGlide website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website.

2. Custom Production & Lead Times

Every AquaGlide is a bespoke masterpiece, custom-built to order by our international craftsmen. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the estimated production time is 4-12 weeks (1-3 months). While we strive to meet these estimates, global logistics and craftsmanship precision may cause slight variations.

3. Payment & Final Sale

Due to the high-value and custom nature of our boards, all orders are processed as a secure reservation of our production capacity. Once production has commenced (typically within 48 hours of order), the build is considered a custom commission and is Final Sale.

4. Use of E-Foils

Safety Warning: E-foiling involves inherent risks.

By purchasing an AquaGlide e-foil, you acknowledge that you are responsible for following all local maritime laws and safety regulations. AquaGlide is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AquaGlide be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the products.
